Product-specific instructions and equipment manufacturer guidance take priority over general information. Contact service@gelorvia.com if you need help checking compatibility.

Are vinyl records or turntables included?
No. Records, turntables, speakers, furniture, artwork, and styling props are excluded unless expressly listed as included.
How do I confirm sleeve compatibility?
Compare the listed record format, jacket dimensions, sleeve dimensions, thickness, closure, and single or gatefold guidance.
What is the difference between inner and outer sleeves?
Inner sleeves directly hold the record; outer sleeves protect the jacket. Use each product only for its stated purpose.
Are sleeves archival quality?
Only when the product page expressly states the material and archival specification. Avoid assuming long-term properties from appearance alone.
Will anti-static accessories remove all static?
No. Results vary with humidity, materials, handling, equipment, and the condition of the record. Follow the stated use instructions.
How should records be stored?
Store records upright with appropriate support, away from heat, direct sunlight, moisture, excessive pressure, and unstable shelving.
How many records can a rack or case hold?
Follow the listed dimensions and load limit. Actual capacity varies with jacket thickness, outer sleeves, box sets, and dividers.
Can I stack records flat?
Long-term horizontal stacking can place uneven pressure on records and jackets. Follow recognized storage guidance and the product instructions.
How should record display stands be used?
Place them on a stable surface, distribute weight correctly, and keep displayed records away from heat, sunlight, moisture, and traffic.
How should wall-mounted displays be installed?
Use hardware suitable for the wall type and load, check for concealed wiring or pipes, and obtain qualified help when necessary.
Can every cleaning fluid be used on every record?
No. Check the record material and manufacturer guidance. Some formulas may be unsuitable for shellac, picture discs, labels, or special finishes.
How should a record brush be used?
Follow the brush instructions, use light controlled contact, keep the brush clean, and never press debris into the groove.
How should stylus-care tools be used?
A stylus is delicate. Turn equipment off where instructed, follow the cartridge manufacturer guidance, and move tools only in the approved direction.
Will a turntable mat fit my player?
Compare platter diameter, spindle opening, mat thickness, tonearm clearance, and turntable manufacturer guidance before ordering.
Can children use these accessories?
Provide adult supervision. Keep cleaning fluids, small parts, magnets, mounting hardware, and delicate stylus tools away from children and pets.
How long does order processing take?
Orders generally require 1–5 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
When will tracking update?
The first carrier scan may take 2–5 business days after dispatch to appear.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us promptly. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Send photos of the product, outer carton, shipping label, and internal packaging, and keep all materials until the case is resolved.
How do I request a return?
Contact service@gelorvia.com within 30 days of recorded delivery and wait for written approval and return instructions.
